“Kung Hei Fat Choy” was the message  at Joyce House as clients and staff celebrated the Chinese New year of the Monkey.
The refuge was decorated with lanterns, dragons, monkeys and an information display. Children also made fortune cookies and baskets containing inspirational quotes. The activities, as well as being fun, provided the opportunity for everyone who took part to be imaginative and creative.
The Chinese Year of the Monkey is about developing ideas and being inventive and that was certainly achieved.
