Domestic abuse work policies

WHAG offers supportive services and accommodation for women and young parents with babies who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness, and people of all genders, children, and some pets, who are fleeing domestic abuse.

Domestic abuse work policies

In the same way you have a work policy for dependent care leave or maternity leave, Domestic Abuse work policies are available. Work policies ensure employees can remain safe while they work, and at the same time help organisations retain their staff. A DA work policy has several benefits such as improving employee wellbeing and increasing psychological safety in the workplace.

Our policies start from just £50.
