Mean, Making Every Adult Matter

WHAG offers supportive services and accommodation for women and young parents with babies who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness, and people of all genders, children, and some pets, who are fleeing domestic abuse.

We provide community support in conjunction with several partners in Rochdale including Rochdale Council, The Bond Board, Petrus and Sanctuary Trust. People who have the most complex support requirements and can feel they have been failed time and time again. The aim of the project is to ensure that the People facing multiple disadvantages and a combination of problems including Mental ill Health, substance misuse, homelessness, contact with the criminal justice system receive coordinated support. Across our services, we work within a trauma informed approach to support those individuals and have the opportunity to be heard, seen, and valued
