WHAG offers supportive services and accommodation for women and young parents with babies who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness, and people of all genders, children, and some pets, who are fleeing domestic abuse.

Temporary homeless accommodation
A Bed Every Night (ABEN) service in Rochdale was first commissioned by Andy Burnham in 2018 for anyone street homeless or rough sleeping in Greater Manchester. We currently have 6 dispersed ABEN properties via a contract with Rochdale Borough Council. A Support Worker provides assistance to those in our ABEN service to secure long-term permanent accommodation, including any other support e.g. budgeting, pre-tenancy sessions, and sign posting to other agencies to increase their skills into independent living.
