Training and workshops

UP training programmes have been professionally designed and developed to improve the wellbeing of employees through healthier relationships and by equipping leaders with the skills to better identify abusive relationships, provide support, and to increase awareness of domestic abuse within the organisation.

We offer both ready-made and bespoke training programmes for organisations involving a needs assessment, followed by a post-training evaluation. The programmes can be delivered virtually or in-person however, in-person training programmes are currently limited to the North West. We also have training rooms available for hire at our Rochdale office should you not have an appropriate space to conduct the programme for your team.

Our programmes have been designed, piloted, and approved to be delivered to up to 10 delegates at a time. The duration of the sessions varies from 1-hour workshops to 6-week programmes, starting at just £100 per hour. Discounts are available for third sector / charities and local community groups.
